Self-Care Series:

Experience a strategic approach to self-care, in which you’re the expert. Meeting you where you’re at, and supporting you, judgement free. A series dedicated towards reclaiming a sense of balance. Self-care is complex and unique for each individual. Strategic self-care is an intentional approach, accomplished through personalized assessments and attainable practices.

Commit to 4 sessions at a time, scheduled however works out best for you. Multiple series and/or follow-up services offered for additional support and accountability.

$350 (includes four 1-hr sessions)

Collaborative Sessions:

A singular opportunity, to navigate a specific obstacle. Guidance and support from a neutral perspective - no strings attached. This could be to identify and develop a boundary or to troubleshoot an approach to a complex problem.

$100 (includes a single 1-hr session)

Organizational Support:

Providing organizational support to empower mission-driven practices through cohesive team dynamics. Improving retention through thoughtful policy refinement developed that promotes sustainable workplaces. Guiding programs through the complexities of supporting balance while promoting growth.

Systemic Advocacy:

Encouraging an occupational shift to address burnout at the systemic level. Burnout prevention is not the sole responsibility of the individual. Promoting mindful leadership from the top with thoughtful communication and strategic approach. Making the case for mental health professionals across diverse professions.
